Diana Diaz

Business Manager

Diana is an established Operations Manager with more than 25 years of experience within the AEC industry. In managing the firm’s office, she wears many hats including Bookkeeper, Benefits Administrator, Human Resources Manager, and Accounts and Facilities Manager. 

Prior to joining RHG, Diana was the Director of Operations at EP Engineering and Facilities Office Manager at Ammann & Whitney, as well as ARUP in NYC.  Diana is a member of the Society for Design Administration (SDA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and through these affiliations keeps the firm compliant with employment laws and regulations.

Outside of the office Diana is a PROUD grandmother, mother (of a daughter and two doggies) and wife.  With her daughter, she is developing an artisan spa and wellness product line, and she also consults with firms on growth and organizational development.  She values collaboration over competition, and she is a firm believer in helping others as there is room for all firms to grow!
