As an Architectural Designer at RHG A+D and a lecturer in building technologies at Marywood University, Tess Brown is committed to creating thoughtful, sustainable design solutions that honor both people and the planet. Tess believes that true sustainability is holistic—encompassing environmental responsibility, fostering value and trust in partnerships, and prioritizing the well-being of clients through accessible and intentional design. Her work is driven by the belief that innovation and sustainability go hand in hand, shaping spaces that are both forward-thinking and deeply rooted in purpose. Tess earned her Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Art History from Marywood University.
