As an Architectural Designer at RHG A+D and a lecturer in building technologies at Marywood University, Tess Brown is committed to creating thoughtful, sustainable design solutions that honor both people and the planet. With a focus on smarter material choices and passive design strategies, she integrates PHIUS+ and LEED principles to achieve Net Zero energy goals, ensuring that each project has a lasting, positive impact. Tess believes that true sustainability is holistic—encompassing environmental responsibility, fostering value and trust in partnerships, and prioritizing the well-being of clients through accessible and intentional design. Her work is driven by the belief that innovation and sustainability go hand in hand, shaping spaces that are both forward-thinking and deeply rooted in purpose. Tess earned her Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Art History from Marywood University.
